About Me

Hello! My name is Kaitlen Daigle aka Katie aka 50StatesBefore30. If you've been following my journey on Instagram, you're aware of my quest to explore all 50 U.S. states before my 30th birthday. Having visited 49 states, Hawaii will be my final destination, marking a milestone for me. Traveling has long been a passion, this specific goal sparked when, at 22, I realized I had already explored over half of the U.S. I remember turning to my mom and suggesting we strive to visit them all. Although aiming to achieve this by 30 seemed daunting, I embarked on annual road trips with my mom, making memories as we crisscrossed the country. Our routine involved flying to a state, renting a car, and embarking on an adventure-filled road trip, before returning home from another state. Although I've finished this travel goal, I have other travel goals to ensure I will always be exploring the world. I plan on visiting all 7 continents by my 40th birthday. Also, it's my goal to see all the U.S. National Parks. I've only been to 33 of the 63 National Parks so I have more fun road trips with my mom to look forward to.
