While visiting my brother in Washington D.C., I made a trip up to New Jersey to visit my friend Sara. I took a bus up to Philadelphia, where she picked me and drove me to her home. The plan was to drive up to Boston the next morning and then visit Salem for the day and then head back to New Jersey.
For some reason, I can't remember which city she lived in, I want to say Ocean City maybe. I remember driving along the water to get to her house. We chilled at her house and watched Ghost Busters to get us in the Halloween spirit since I was there in October and we were about to go to Salem. We got hungry so we went and got hoagies. A hoagie is a hearty sandwich typically consisting of a long roll filled with a variety of deli meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments. Basically it was the biggest sandwich I've ever seen in my life and Sara and I could not stop laughing about it, like crying laughing.
Although I didn't see any touristy sights in New Jersey, its one of the states I've laughed the hardest in, as Sara and I continued to find everything funny as we drove up to Boston. It was probably the sleep deprivation but it was a great time.
